Any work we agree to perform will be governed by a separate written quote, proposal, work order, or contract accepted by Golden Ears Glazing and the customer. That separate agreement may address matters such as scope, pricing, deposits, payment terms, schedules, site conditions, permits, changes, delays, warranties, cancellations, and dispute resolution.
If these Terms conflict with a signed project-specific agreement, the project-specific agreement will control for that project.
3. Estimates and Website Information

Final requirements and pricing may depend on an inspection, measurements, specifications, site access, material availability, building conditions, permits, and other project-specific factors.
We may correct errors or update Website information at any time. Website content does not form part of a binding project agreement unless it is expressly incorporated into a separate written agreement signed or otherwise accepted by Golden Ears Glazing.
4. Emergency Service Requests
An online form or email may not be monitored continuously. Submitting an emergency or urgent service request through the Website does not guarantee an immediate response or dispatch.
